Directions to Afton State Park from Scandia: 
From the intersection of Hwy. 97 and Manning Trail North (Co. Rd. 15):  Drive south on Manning, follow detour around Hwy. 36 construction, then continue south on Manning (Co. Rd. 15) (past the Washington County Fairgrounds).  Keep driving south, crossing over Interstate 94, (Manning turns into Hwy. 95) and continue on Hwy. 95 until you come to 70th St. South/Washington County Hwy. 20. Turn left (east) onto 70th St. South/Washington County Hwy. 20 and continue 3.6 miles to the park entrance.
